Too much stress makes us sick more often, decreases our focus and memory, as well as negatively impacts our health as a whole. Most people report feeling like their lives have too much stress. This 2-hour interactive workshop will focus on undestanding stress and its impact to one's overall well-being including positive stress versus negative stress. Participants will have the opportunity to take a stress assessment, gain insight to common sources of stress, as well as learn tools and supports to help decrease and manage stress in a healthy way.
