Live CE Florida 491 Board- 8 Hours Laws and Rules

Laws and Rules is an 8 hour interactive workshop designed for Florida registered mental health, social work, and marriage and family interns seeking licensure.  This workshop will highlight 491 Board laws and Rules, Florida Statutes, and Florida Administrative Code. Protect your professional career by knowing what you can and cannot do.  Course covers topics like: confidentiality, informed consent, record keeping, technology, Board violations and penalties, private practice, agency work, involuntary psychiatric admissions, marketing, and specialty counseling fields.  You will gain a wealth of knowledge and tools to use as a future therapist.  Courses are taught by Dr. Angel Falzone, PhD, LMHC and Bill Geurdes, LMHC at their Clearwater training facility. Format allows for individual question and answer sessions as well as engaging activities.  Dr. Angel's Development, LLC is a Florida 491 Board Approved Continuing Education Provider (50-23793) and reports directly into CE Broker within 24 hours of course completion.
